Serious City Services Limited collects the customer’s information with the sole purpose of getting in touch with the client , business related, to create appointments and work orders, invoices and to use the information to get in touch with the client regarding any existing appointment, if necessarily.  There is no intention or interest in selling the collected information to third parties.

How do we collect the data?

The data collected and stored in a secure environment is only the information provided by the Client when in contact with us regarding one of our services. Usually it is the Client Name, Address, Contact number, E-mail address.

How do we use the data collected?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your appointment, to modify an appointment, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or any amounts owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, Whatsapp, social media messenger app and postal mail.​

Invoicing and data storing

Serious City Services Limited uses third party cloud invoicing services where information necessary for creating the invoices is collected and stored. The information collected would normally include: Customer Name, Address, Contact Number, E-mail Address. 

As Serious City Services ltd uses a third party CRM service, their privacy policy  regulations apply in this case and can be reviewed at the link provided. 

 Security: The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We are using this  particular third party's CRM software as they use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain your Personal Information in a secure environment. They take technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps designed to protect Personal Information that you provide to us. They have implemented procedures designed to limit the dissemination of your Personal Information to only such designated staff as are reasonably necessary to carry out the stated purposes we have communicated to you.

If you would like to: correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, or if you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us at info@serious.ie or send us mail to: 6-9 Trinity Street, Dublin 2. However we will maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes until these purposes no longer exist, and will retain it as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
