Power Washing

Power washing of 20 sq metres of natural stone, concrete or tarmac surfaces using professional strong power washing machine to achieve the best results possible. 
At the end of the job, our technicians will carry out a rinsing process where all surroundings are beings rinse down to remove all splashing marks. T&Cs apply.

Power washing of 20 sq metres of cobble locking or brick paving using professional strong power washing machine to achieve the best results possible.

Rescheduling due to missed appointment will incur a surcharge. 48h cancellation notice required.  Prices valid in Dublin City and County only. Nearby parking must be available and provided by the client during visit.

Extra heavy duty stains or lots of pet(s) hair may require additional work available at a surcharge.  Carpet(s) must be hovered by the owner before hand. The client is responsible with moving furniture prior to the appointment. The technician will only move basic light furniture(nightstands, chairs, lamps, sofa) if required.

For Power washing, 20 sq m =4x5m. Please take measurements of the driveway prior to the appointment. The area will have to be cleared of pots, garden furniture and other belongings prior to the service. Leaf removal, if more than on bag, can cost extra. Cleaning cannot be carried out in freezing conditions. Responsibility not accepted for damaged grouting. Oil, paint and other non-organic stains cost more to remove, please advise in advance. Apartment balconies will cost more, enquire prior to the appointment. Results may vary depending on condition and age, some driveways or patios may require a second treatment to remove extremely tough stains at an extra cost.
